This status requires 60 hours of training plus the certificate test. In addition the applicant must submit one study with report to the board.

Diplomate status requires 100 additional hours of training plus examination. In addition the applicant must submit five studies with reports.

• Both Certification and Diplomate must submit to the Dr. William Dudley for approval.
• There is a yearly non-punitive examination to maintain Certification and Diplomate status.
